We guarantee that leads meet the criteria specified in your campaign parameters, but we cannot guarantee conversion rates or sales outcomes.

6. Payment Terms

Payment for qualified leads is due according to the pricing structure outlined in your service agreement. Pricing varies by advertising channel and lead quality score:

• Starter Plan: $40 per qualified lead
• Professional Plan: $50 per qualified lead
• Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing based on volume and requirements

7. Data Privacy and Protection

We take data privacy seriously. All lead data and customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. We implement appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of data.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ByteFuture and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ByteFuture, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
